CANCELLATION| REFUND| EXCHANGE POLICY

Cancellation:

 

At Nayshas, we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a hassle-free cancellation policy for your convenience.

You may cancel your order if:

  • The cancellation is made within 12 hours of placing the order, or
  • The order has not yet been processed for shipment at our warehouse, whichever comes first.

To initiate a cancellation, please send an email to sales@nayshas.com. Include your order number in the email subject line along with the phrase “Request for Cancellation.”

We’re here to assist you, every step of the way. For any further inquiries, our customer support team is just an email away.

PREPAID ORDERS are not eligible for cancellation.

CANCELLATION BY LABEL- NAYSHAS

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel.

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by NAYSHAS and accept COMPANY’S decision regarding the cancellation.

 

Exchange:

 

You can raise an exchange request within 12hours from the date of delivery of the order. For that  Plz email us at sales@nayshas.com subject line as EXCHANGE OF ORDER including your order number,However, deeply discounted products during a sale are non-exchangeable until the pcs Is damaged. Also we will require a box opening video and photo of the same in order to process the request for exchange, without this exchange is not acceptable.

 

Once your request for exchange is accepted, customer will arrange courier for pickup the parcel from their address, and charges will be borne by the customer both sides. Please hand over the returnable product/s in the original packaging (including the box and tags) to the delivery partner. Without original packaging exchange will not be accepted.

We will send out the exchange products once we have received the returned product/s in our warehouse in good condition. The exchange process will be initiated post inspection of the item at our warehouse. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange request if any item is used or altered by the customer. And pickup from the warehouse will be arranged by the customer.

Plz note the cost of courier/shipping the product to our warehouse and picking up an exchanged product will be borne by the customer. As we do not have reverse pickup facility for now. plz do not forget to take acknowledgment receipt from the courier company along with number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Label-nayshas will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

Exchange is not accepted if customer does not like the material or color of the dress, we suggest that customer should read the product description and have a look at all the pictures before ordering. Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various process there is bound to be variation in color, finish. The color you see on our website may vary bcz of different screen settings.

 

Please note that we don't provide a reverse pick-up on international shipments. Still if exchange is required, courier charges will be borne by the customer both ways.

Plz mention your name/address/ph no,email id and order id inside the parcel. Exchange is allowed once per order.

Refunds:

As a company policy, we do not refund on any product once sold. Once nayshas pcs are sold they can be exchanged for replacement if the pcs is damaged, customer will be issued a credit note via email in case the desired size of the product is not in stock. And credit note can be used within 6months from the date of issue.

 

For products that have a ‘Final Sale’ tag on the product page, are non refundable, NON cancellable.

 

Things to keep in mind while raising  an exchange request:

All items must have the original tags and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent.

All items should be free of makeup or any other marks and stains.

Please ensure correct products for exchanges are handed over to the delivery executive. We take no liability in case an incorrect product is handed over. Additional reverse and forward shipping charges will be borne by the customer for the pickup of the correct product again and shipping back the wrong product.

To ensure your garments are not damaged during shipment, please re-use the entire original packaging (including the garment sleeve) for proper care and protection.

It takes about 7-10 working days to complete your exchange request post the request has been triggered from your end.

Product will be exchanged against the same product design and same size.

 

Exchange is only possible in case product is damaged and exchange request is raised within 12hours of receiving the shipment.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by nayshas (company-nayshaas siyahi sa vastra)  and accepts  nayshas decision regarding the cancellation/exchange.
